"This is a company I would recommend for anyone needing a home inspection done in the Houston Texas area. I had never set foot in the property, the real estate agent was pushing my wife to buy it without an inspection, and I refused to close without having an inspection done. The inspection disclosed a fire/shock hazard in the electrical panel, a grading issue that would allow water penetration into the house, issues with the roofing and decking that would allow water penetration...... and the list goes on. The moral of the story is always have a knowledgeable home inspector go through any property you are looking at buying. Plan on three to four hours for the inspection.
