Customers say: Super punctual

"Jason is a phenomenal home inspector. He is professional, thorough, extremely knowledgeable, and patient. First, Jason arrived 30 minutes prior to the home inspection to visually inspect outside of the home and take photos. We know this because our agent informed us that he was there before she arrived! When we arrived, he provided us with an agenda for the inspection. As first time home buyers, he educated us throughout the entire process. He answered all of our questions and we learned a great deal. It is evident that Jason enjoys his profession and we could not have been more satisfied with his work. We certainly intend to recommend him to anyone interested in a thorough, informative home inspection from a professional. A+"

"I usually don`t write the review, but I have to say that it was so lucky to meet Richard. As a first time home buyer, I was so nervous and desperate to have a good and trustable inspector. Richard was so humble and always be side of buyer. He spent so much time for inspection and focus on his work. Thank you again Richard!"

"Rich and Three Posts Home Inspections were fantastic. He was able to get me in for an inspection pretty last minute and responded to my initial request immediately. He arrived on time, and was so helpful during the whole process. As first time homebuyers, he made sure to explain everything in great detail and answered every question we had. He was great company to have through the nearly 3 hour inspection and didn't leave any boxes unchecked. He was so thorough, quick to respond to emails and requests even after business hours, and provided an extensive and detailed report with pictures within 24 hours. Highly recommend Three Posts!"

"Al was very knowledgable about all facets of construction, quality, and mechanisms of the house. He not only inspected the home but as he did so, he explained the features of various components of the heating, air conditioning, drainage, etc. He was glad to answer any of my questions and spent a lot of time with me. He is a true professional whom I would highly recommend to anyone needing a home inspector!"

FAQs for complete home inspection projects in North-Attleboro, MA

An electrical inspection usually takes one to two hours. During the inspection, your electrician will follow the National Electrical Code (NEC) to ensure your home is safe and up to legal safety standards. They'll check your electrical system, including wires, appliances, meter box, panel, circuit breakers, and more.

Afterward, you'll receive a detailed checklist of everything they examined, along with a report highlighting any urgent issues—often with photos. They might also offer tips on how to save energy and improve your system's efficiency.

Regular electrical inspections protect your home and family by ensuring that every part of your electrical system operates safely. Scheduling inspections reduces the risk of electrical fires and cuts high insurance premiums by detecting problems early. Inspections defend against hidden system failures and maintain your property’s overall value, making them an essential part of home maintenance.

Full home electrical inspections are essential when buying a new home because every wiring detail must be evaluated. If you are not purchasing a home and have no significant concerns, a basic safety inspection is sufficient. However, for older properties or homes that have not been inspected for a long time, a comprehensive inspection is required to detect hidden issues and ensure complete safety.
