"I cannot say enough nice things about Don, and I would highly recommend hiring him. Me and my fiancé have been looking for a house for the past few months and have used Don for a mold inspection and a home inspection. He was very professionally and diligent and he went above and beyond for us. If you are looking for someone to do an amazing job and have your best interest in mind, he is by far the best person to hire. I would recommend him every time."

"Great; property was a full rehab and inspection was thorough. Found an issue with the chimney ducting that I cold not have identified myself, which was a fire code violation and required repair before occupancy, saving me a substantial headache and money! Inspector was on time and explained his process as he went, in addition to providing thorough reports."

"Mike was fantastic! My husband and I were overwhelmed with the process of buying our first home and were expecting every step to be confusing and frustrating. Upon meeting Mike, he was incredibly friendly and personable, he invited us to follow him around and explained everything to us in a very easy to understand and patient manner. For the efficiency that he did his job, it was amazing how thorough and detailed the inspection report was. He is very knowledgeable and the inspection was well worth the money."

"Rocco was great. He gave some great information about houses that I would not have thought to look for. He was very knowledgeable and thorough with his inspection."

"Allen was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. He was able to show me the real state of the house I was buying. His report was clear and detailed, which helped me remember all of the information he had shared about the house at the time of the inspection. This is now invaluable as I make upgrades and improvements to my new home. I highly recommend Allen for a home inspection."

"It was a great experience working with Ocean State. Very easy to schedule an appointment and on time. They recommended few things that I could ask the builder to fix. I know home inspections are a little expensive, but I would be more happy if they had given some discount as mine was a very straightforward inspection. Â"

"Eric is always professional and knowledgeable on the inside and outside of a property. He walks through homes with clients and educates them on the function and utility of their new property. Its always a pleasure working with Eric!"

"Chris us very professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. My home inspection was thorough, and pictures were taken of any damaged areas that needed addressing. I would recommend this company and Chris to anyone."

"Steve was well knowledgeable and picked up on what most home buyers would not. As a Realtor for over 14 years, I have to say Steve was a perfect fit for the job. He took the time to make sure the buyer knew exactly what was going on and explained what each problem was about. My clients really loved him. Thanks Steve!!!"
