Our inspectors are accredited Council-certified Indoor Environmental Consultants (CIEC) through American Council for Accredited Certification, certified EIFS inspectors through Exterior Design Institute and Moisture Warranty; certified as AHERA Asbestos Building Inspectors. EPA approved certification and state registration is required for asbestos inspections and/or testing. However, certification and registration is NOT required for mould inspections or testing services. There is no licensing required for either asbestos or mould inspections or testing services. We do not utilize sub-contractors. We provide a list of recommended companies for our clients' who need abatement or remediation services. We do not guarantee or warranty these companies' services, but simply provide this list as a convenience for our clients. Inspection fees vary based on the type of property (commercial or residential structures), location, size, and specific needs of the client. "I could not be more happy with the people I dealt with or the job I got. They were tied for the highest dollar contract (the reason for the B in the price dept) but I still feel like I got my money's worth and maybe then some. I was a little disappointed they weren't less expensive but I decided to go with them anyway because we've never had any problems with the giant roof they did for my company, surely this would be a snap. It was. They were courteous, the yard was cleaned up very nicely. The guys even knocked as soon as they were done on the back so I could let my dog out to run safely like I asked them to. They'd cleaned it separately so he could get out their and fuss at them in person! :) Seriously good folks. I am so glad I found them. Found out they're a family business and the two guys I'd dealt with we're a father and son. My wife always said everybody gripes when things are bad but rarely does anyone give credit when things are good. She always did. I guess now it's my turn to put up or shut up, so here I am. Roofs been done a while now and still looks good, still dry and the same guys still answer the phone."
