He just wanted to talk about all his personal experience but did not actually find more than a couple of items of note on his own that we didn?t point already point out to him as he missed all of them. He did not bring his own equipment for the appointment and only made excuses for why his equipment was not available for the appt. I wasted my money on this inspection and feel as if I have been duped for the large fee I paid. "
