"THE REPRESENTATIVE, MR. DAVID ELDER DID AN EXEMPLARY JOB INSPECTING MY APARTMENT BUILDING, WHILE BEING VERY HONEST AND PROFESSIONAL. THE NEW INSPECTION REGULATIONS IN MARYLAND WERE SO VAGUE, BUT MR.
