"Fantastic. I am a Realtor and I have a Client who called Steve Nagel to have a Home Inspection, prior to selling a home for a relative who had passed away. Steve explained that he would be better served not having an inspection as that may come back to haunt him since he would need to disclose a Home Inspection had been performed. Steve could have done the inspection and collected a fee, but Steve Nagel has INTEGRITY. I love hearing stories like this. It restores my faith in humanity with people like Steve Nagel in the world. BTW - He is a GREAT Home Inspector!"

"Greg met all of our home inspection needs. He was prompt, conducted a very thorough inspection, and answered all of our questions. This was our first time buying a home and we were a bit nervous and had a lot of questions. He patiently walked us through all aspects of the inspection and did not skip a beat answering our many questions. Getting our report back the next day was a pleasant surprise and took so much stress out of our home buying experience. Highly recommend!"

"Steve was very helpful. Not only did he do a thorough job of checking our home, and got us a report promptly, but he also offered good observations and opinions on the work that needed to be done. He never spoke outside of his expertise, but I appreciated that he didn't just say, "I can't give you an opinion on that," for everything. He's obviously got a lot of experience."

"Stefan was absolutely wonderful to work with. My husband and I followed him around while he did the inspection for our first home purchase. We learned so much from him during the inspection, and were very happy with his detailed report. We had some follow up questions, and he was very willing to answer questions over the phone after the inspection. We would definitely hire him again and have recommended his services to our family."

"James was very thorough and discussed all of his findings with me. He also emailed me a 50 page detailed inspection report. He was much more reasonable than the inspector my realtor recommended. I am very happy with this company and would use them again."

"Mark is the best at what he does. He was very thorough with his work and knows what he's talking about. Please don't hesitate to reach out to him for your next home inspection"

"**5-Star Review** We hired Muni Home Inspection before purchasing our home, and we're very glad we did. Robustiano conducted a thorough inspection and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. He identified both major concerns and smaller maintenance items, giving us a clear picture of the property's condition. The inspection report was detailed, well-organized, and included clear photos and practical recommendations. His professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to answer our questions gave us confidence throughout the buying process. Thanks to his inspection, we were able to move forward with our home purchase in mid-July feeling informed and prepared. We highly recommend Muni Home Inspection to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, honest, and reliable home inspector. You can tell Robustiano genuinely cares about his clients and isn't just trying to get through another inspection."

"Earl has personally taken care of my home for the past 4 years. From raccoons to woodpeckers to carpenter ants and annual spring sprays he's extremely efficient and always on time. His prices and level of service blow any big company out of the water - I started with terminex and got tired of dealing with robots, and I've stuck with Earl ever since!Couldn't be more pleased!"
