"

Pam Lee was superb.

She aided us initially by making time for our inspection in her already-full appointment schedule. She did so on short notice, when the time available to us to complete our inspection was quite limited and two other inspection services which, like Pam's, are highly rated, would not schedule us sooner than 10-14 days in the future.

Pam worked carefully and was extremely thorough, and she patiently answered our questions and discussed with us our concerns. After spending 2.5 hours with us during the late afternoon, conducting the inspections, she delivered to us by the end of the evening a detailed, clear report, which included numerous pertinent photos, that helped us immensely, both increasing our understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of the house that we were seeking to buy and providing information that was valuable to us in the process of negotiating with the seller.

We are very thankful to Pam for her skillfulness and kindness. We will unquestionably request her assistance again, if we need a home inspection, and we recommend her enthusiastically, unreservedly.

"The house we were seeking an inspector to evaluate was over 100 years old. Steve was knowledgeable, patient, and professional. He explained things in detail so we could understand house infrastructure in old houses. Great learning experience for us, and gave us ample opportunity to ask questions. Highly recommended."

"Very professional and thorough on inspection. Was there on time and completed the inspection on time. I haven't moved in the house yet but from all the details in the report I am confident with this inspection."

"Gary came out to the house. He reviewed all of the electrical items on our inspection report. Gave us a quote and was able to come back a couple days later and fix everything. And we had a few outlets that took some time figuring out why they were not working."

"This particular plumber has been in my home twice, and both time have done an excellent job."

It was design to help homeowners learn how to do preventive maintenance and to recognize defects.
