"Mr. Brand worked with my family while we were away to perform a thorough inspection of a home we were looking to purchase.  He gave us a report very quickly.  It covered the major items that were wrong with the home such as a new vapor barrier needed to be installed, potential mice problem under the house (feces found in insulation), rot in some of the wood.  Some very minor items were missed, but they did not cost us much to repair (i.e. under the sink had a very bad leak that was not mentioned in the report).  Overall, we were very pleased with his inspection of our now home and would use him again in the future. <br />"
