He gave me a DETAILED response, which clearly indicated to me that he spoke from experience. Steve sent me a contract that thoroughly explained the scope of what he was going to do. Then what was really outstanding is the report he returned to me upon completion of the inspection. It was comprehensive, with pictures, easy to understand and thorough. Even my husband, who was a contractor in MD couldn't find anything about which he needed further explanation.
