"Today I hired Steve Ciesielski from Property Management Consultants. He went above and beyond to try and find the HUD tags on my mobile home. And did I mention it was freezing outside! We had no luck as the house was completely remodeled, but he did not give up. He made several calls to get me the answers I needed. It made me happy to know that there are still people out there that take pride in their work and go above and beyond. I am so grateful for the work he did to get me the answers I needed to proceed. So if you are in need of a good inspector who takes pride in his work call Steve because he is the man for the job! "

"When I started working real-estate for family and friends in the Eastern part of Wisconsin, a dear friend and referral partner realtor, of mine, recommended Criterion Home Inspectors. I met Scott and was immediately impressed. I had outstanding inspectors back in South Central Wisconsin that had set the bar for HIGH expectations. Scott hit that bar and I've never looked back. Anytime my other inspectors are on vacation, I always give Scott for the opportunity to come over to do the inspection because I know he is going to have integrity, be straightforward, doesn't the report to cover his butt, not an alarmist, and definitely NOT a 'dollar' store inspector. He explains things in layman's terms to the buyers,(and sellers for pre sale inspections) answers all their questions. And if he doesn't know something, he says so and that he will find out, and DOES. Just a great guy and resource for new buyers and seasoned realtors. We highly recommend Scott!!"

"I was in the middle of a recent home Refi to get cash out for a new roof and new windows but the credit union wanted a professional report of some interior water damage that was noted during the appraisal process. Donn, from Anderson Home Inspection, was my inspector 20 years ago when I originally purchased my duplex. I contacted Donn and explained the situation and he was very understanding of the need and urgency to get the report for the bank. We scheduled a time 2 days later. Donn quickly assessed the interior water damage and then used his very cool drone to inspect the roof. He took pictures of the roof, interior water stains, and the attic. His report was completed and I submitted it to the credit union. His determination was the interior water stains were cosmetic and not structural. They were due to the poor condition of the valley and chimney flashings and would be corrected this spring when the roof is replaced. Thanks to Anderson Home Inspection my Refi proceeded without further issues and I'm on my way to a new roof and new windows. I have many friends that have used Donn's services and never hesitate to recommend him to anyone."

"Mike was great. We received a quick response upon our original inquiry for service and were able to get inspection scheduled right away. Mike was on time and did a great job walking us through the property and educating us along the way. The final inspection report was very detailed; overall extremely happy with service that was provided."

"John performed 2 home inspections for us about 4 months apart. For each, he was very thorough and took the time to investigate all areas of the houses. His reports were very clear and complete with pictures pointing out what he found. He also explained everything that he found during the inspections and offered suggestions regarding severity/repair. <br /> The first house that we had put an offer down on, he found evidence of water intrusion inside the exterior walls which could lead to mold issues. Since the owner declined any further investigation, we nullified the offer. In that first inspection, John really saved us from what could have resulted in a costly mistake. <br /> I would (and have) suggested John to anyone looking for an inspector. You will not get a better bang-for-your-buck and you <strong>will</strong> receive a very complete and thorough inspection. <br /> <br />"

"Deb was on time and the inspection was very detailed. The report provided useful information on the condition of the house and she also provided additional information for first time home buyers and provided a list of resources for home maintenance, a CD-ROM, and a link to he company's website for additional information and resources. Overall I was very satisfied with the quality of the inspection."

"Scot was very knowledgeable of all areas of the home. His good nature and disposition made my wife and I feel comfortable to ask him any question we wanted. We left the inspection feeling that we had enough information to help with our decision to purchase the home. I will only use Town and Country Building Inspection Inc for all my home inspection needs! Thanks Scot!!"

FAQs for complete home inspection projects in Waterford, WI

An electrical inspection usually takes one to two hours. During the inspection, your electrician will follow the National Electrical Code (NEC) to ensure your home is safe and up to legal safety standards. They'll check your electrical system, including wires, appliances, meter box, panel, circuit breakers, and more.

Afterward, you'll receive a detailed checklist of everything they examined, along with a report highlighting any urgent issues—often with photos. They might also offer tips on how to save energy and improve your system's efficiency.

Regular electrical inspections protect your home and family by ensuring that every part of your electrical system operates safely. Scheduling inspections reduces the risk of electrical fires and cuts high insurance premiums by detecting problems early. Inspections defend against hidden system failures and maintain your property’s overall value, making them an essential part of home maintenance.

Full home electrical inspections are essential when buying a new home because every wiring detail must be evaluated. If you are not purchasing a home and have no significant concerns, a basic safety inspection is sufficient. However, for older properties or homes that have not been inspected for a long time, a comprehensive inspection is required to detect hidden issues and ensure complete safety.
