"I highly recommend Charles as a private inspector. Over the past 30 years as a realtor, I have referred and relied on Charles to repair countless homes to get market ready or repair work needed by the local city ordinance or buyer's inspector. His expertise ranges from handyman tasks to constructing entire homes, and he has consistently delivered excellent results that\have left clients exceptionally satisfied. When Charles transitioned into private inspections, it was a natural step for someone with his remarkable skill set and extensive experience in addressing home related concerns. He has a keen eye for identifying issues and providing insightful suggestions, ensuring that every home is in its best possible condition. For pre-sale inspections, Charles is my go-to recommendation. His thorough evaluations give me great confidence that any necessary work has been properly addressed, leaving buyers with a high quality home they can trust. I highly recommend Charles! "Patrick was pivotal in credibly identifying safety, code, workmanship, quality, and structural issues on our home addition and garage project done by a Mason, Michigan builder who, despite being verified as licensed and insured with a 5 star review rating, proved to be a failure on all levels of home building. Until the inspection with Patrick of The Buyer’s Inspector, we had no idea how grossly misplaced our trust was in this builder. When COVID-19 shutdown our project we began noticing quality problems. This led us to hire Patrick from The Buyer’s Inspector. He was thorough, detailed, and spot on for the major problems as well as minor issues he identified during his inspection, including the multiple structural deficiencies. He recommended we hire a structural engineer to investigate these deficiencies in detail and the engineer verified all of Patrick's findings. It has been a very trying time legally fighting for our project to be done right but we thank Patrick for identifying all the problems using his extensive knowledge, experience, and understanding of Michigan's Building Construction Codes and industry standard building practices. Without his help we would have likely been stuck with this horrible build project that is riddled with safety, structural, workmanship, quality, and code issues. We highly recommend Patrick to anyone needing a thorough and detailed home inspection."

"He's a great Home Inspector. I hired John for some structural advice and he went around and did a basic home inspection as well. Noticed a lot more than the Inspector that we'd hired before moving in."

"Bill Foster was an absolute pleasure to work with. I was able to schedule him quickly to comply with the terms of my approval. He was extremely thorough and helped me understand anything he wanted to point out. As a first time homebuyer, I am so thankful that my inspector offered an affordable price and was so thorough and informed. I would sincerely recommend Liberty Home Inspection to anyone looking to purchase a home."

"Our Home Inspector Rob was very professional and thorough. He did general, radon, and sewer inspections for us. Patiently answered all our questions and our parents questions, too! He was meticulous throughout the inspection, which allowed a quick turnaround to send us the detailed report with photos. Appreciated his followup and would definitely use him again."
