"Vincent was great. He performed a radon test, mold, and general home inspection for a home we were interested in purchasing. Told us about a lot of things that we were not aware of and how we could make our new home better. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and took a lot of time answering our questions."

"Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the home inspection service provided by Kensa Group llc. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction set them apart. If you're looking for a reliable and thorough home inspection service, I highly recommend giving them a call. My experience with them has been nothing short of exceptional."

"They were friendly and thorough. I heard from them immediately, scheduled with them within a week and they completed the work in less than 8 hours (and tidied up as they worked!). I had many household outlets that needed repaired or replaced as well as repair to improper wiring to my sump pump. They explained the work they would be doing, and the price quoted was the price I paid. It felt like I had a well-qualified family member helping me around my home. My house has many opportunities for improvement. They will be the only ones I call to have them done!"

"In Conclusion,
the service was on time, professional, complete, and well done. Tom was on time within 15 minutes (which is acceptable to me). He began work without wasting time, while explaining what he was doing at every step. He gave tips when appropriate. He was professional and had all necessary equipement on his person.
I would recommend this service.
In addition, for an additional $100.00, Homepro will return to make sure that the seller has completed the necessary repairs prior to closing. This feature is useful if you do not trust the seller or selling agent. We did not elect this service, but, it was nice to know that it was available.

"Mark was simply outstanding!  I first called him from work and that night he emailed to my wife and me, a list of what documents were needed and instructions on how to proceed.  He provided several refinancing options in detail relevant to our situation.  Never did he pressure us in what we should do, but rather guided us in making a decision that would be satisfactory to us, the customer.  He was always available when we had questions or needed advice and always kept us up-to-date with the refinancing process.  He was always up front with us and there were no hidden costs or surprises at settlement, which he had arranged at our home at our convenience.  At settlement, the gentleman explained the purpose of all the documents that we signed and was more than willing to answer any questions that we needed answered.  I would highly recommend Mark to anyone who is looking to refinance a mortgage.
