"Before signing a purchase agreement on an older, fixer-upper home, I requested home inspection quotes through Home Advisor. That same day I received a call from Vince, the owner of Briton Contracting. He spent time answering my questions and explaining the inspection. Less than a week later, the inspection was done and the detailed report, with pictures and explanations, were in hand. He promptly answered all my follow-up questions as well. Vince does great work and cares about delivering a good work product to the customer. Most importantly, his knowledge and thoroughness gave me the ability to make the right decision. I highly recommend Briton Contracting."

"Thoro was prompt to respond and set up a date to inspect. The inspector called ahead and communicated appropriately. The home inspection was very extensive. Several pictures taken. The report was timely and very detailed. I would hire Thoro to do another home inspection for me."

"I was very pleased with Hopkin Home Inspection. Craig was very thorough, he took his time, and he was very informative. I would recommend Hopkin Home Inspection to anyone. He was awesome."

"couldn't have been nicer to us in our first experience with buying a home and the inspection process. explained everything in detail and was courtious and very professional. sent the finished report to us in less than 2 days."

"Pro came to out home inspected our roof, was upfront about only inspecting our roof, they do not do repairs. Report was accurate and informal, told us what we needed fixed and where our damage was. I did have to ask to get our email report twice. After a storm they were very busy but did get in within 2 days."

"The Inspector Josh was very helpful and got us the report out on time. Great to work with."

"They were friendly and thorough. I heard from them immediately, scheduled with them within a week and they completed the work in less than 8 hours (and tidied up as they worked!). I had many household outlets that needed repaired or replaced as well as repair to improper wiring to my sump pump. They explained the work they would be doing, and the price quoted was the price I paid. It felt like I had a well-qualified family member helping me around my home. My house has many opportunities for improvement. They will be the only ones I call to have them done!"

"In Conclusion,
the service was on time, professional, complete, and well done. Tom was on time within 15 minutes (which is acceptable to me). He began work without wasting time, while explaining what he was doing at every step. He gave tips when appropriate. He was professional and had all necessary equipement on his person.
I would recommend this service.
In addition, for an additional $100.00, Homepro will return to make sure that the seller has completed the necessary repairs prior to closing. This feature is useful if you do not trust the seller or selling agent. We did not elect this service, but, it was nice to know that it was available.

"Mark and Judy at Central Lending were the best that I have worked with in the industry, I absolutley would recommned them for your finanacial needs for your home. The were understanding and had all of the resources that we needed. They both were extremely professional and definately know the business. I will never use another provider and will HIGHLY recommend them to all of my clients (I am also a realtor). I can not say enough about this company.
