"I really liked working with A-Team and appreciated that I could tag along during the inspection to understand the details.  Many inspectors like to write their report while doing it, so tag-along buyers are usually not welcome.  Not so with this firm - the inspector took the time to explain everything he was doing and everything that raised his eyebrow.  Our inspection was a hurry-up job due to the terms of the sale, and A-Team accommodated our needs.  They were on time, honest, looked into a lot of things I would have never thought of, and saved us from a few nasty surprises.  The report was provided in draft format (a quick overview of issues) the next day and the full report was provided within three days.  I feel the services performed were well worth the cost and that I was treated honestly by an honest business.  I intend to have A-Team to inspect my next purchase.
