"When considering buying a you need people like wayne documenting, taking pictures video recording alot of issue that we as buyer overlook and he had my report available for me that same day on a time sensitive matter trying to beat deadline on short notice he was the first person there for the appointment courtesy and professioal but when i review his report it got even better he addressed alot of issue that i missed with pictures to back up made me step back and ask myself im do i really want to take on all these issue after bidding over market price.At first i thought the gee was alittle high but i think of all the money and headache he saved me well worth every pennie"
