"We had the same home inspected twice. The first company ( husband wife team) were done with the property inspection ( house and pool) in about 40 + - minutes. Their report was 27 pages and basically listed things they found. IT DID NOT LIST WHAT THEY CHECKED, just what they found. Our agent inquired into what they checked, and they said everything HOWEVER everything they checked was not listed on the report (itemized). This company agreed to refund the fee and I agreed to pay for the pool inspection and I gave them a travel time fee ( which they did not request). We also paid for the pest inspection report that they arranged. I found LLB Inspection on Home Advisor.com , Lloyd came the next day and his inspection revealed four major issues the first inspection did not find. Lloyd was there for 4 + hours and his report was 82 pages for the same equivalent fee. This was worth money well spent! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LLB INSPECTION!! 5 STAR RATING"

He also replaced my water and charged me a reasonable amount for replacing the water heater. He was very knowledgeable and detailed in his work."

"I am very happy with the inspection done by Wes of Westco Home Inspections. Wes found significant structural issues involving the roof that two previous inspectors had missed. Wes provided pictures as well as video of the items he found substandard. He explained in good detail what he had found and what he felt could fix the issues. I appreciated that he also said he would speak with some of his engineering colleagues to see if there were any other processes that could be used to bring the roof support to an acceptable standard. I will be having Westco complete the identified repairs as well as reviewing and performing repairs and new construction on my other home. I highly recommend Westco for your inspection and construction needs. This is the first time I've used Home Advisor but based on my experience it won't be the last."

"Andy was very professional, reliable, and expeditious. When I was looking for a certified electrician to perform a home inspection during my home purchasing process Andy was one of the only electricians willing to conduct the inspection and report. When the first home fell through after a couple other inspections he was understanding when I had to cancel him for that first inspection - but on a second inspection he was very meticulous and through, looking into sockets and showing me what he was seeing and taking the time to explain what I didn't understand - it was above and beyond exceptional service! When I finally purchased a home and needed some work done, Andy made sure that some electrical safety hazards in the kitchen (there were some exposed wires and other issues) that were fixed, and changed out the outlets to GFI for the kitchen and bathrooms. He also did some electrical work for some hazardous outside outlets making sure they were up to code and safe to use. I also hired him to assist with some ceiling fans and other lighting in the home and he was meticulous to make sure my light to ceiling fan transition in one of the bedrooms was properly balanced (I can't stand the wobble sound), and balanced the other home fans. I highly recommend his services! I appreciated that i could reach him through text and he contacted me later in the evening and worked with my schedule, as a night-shift worker this was the absolute best because it can be very difficult for me to accommodate a lot of daytime work but he was flexible, understanding, and fantastic. I have some more work in the future that will need to be done, and I plan on hiring Andy no question when we get to that point! For ***ALL*** the work in total from the inspection to the multiple work orders and parts I paid around 1500 and it was certainly worth it!"
