"This was a general home inspection for a house that we're in the middle of purchasing. Aric was our inspector and he was on time, very thorough and explained the details of his findings. As a company, Next Day Inspect was very reasonable in cost compared to other local home inspection companies that I called before them. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reasonably priced, yet high quality home inspection."

"The service was excellent. He's very prompt, he always arrived at the property on time, he provided an excellent service with accuracy on his findings, and received my report within 24 hours. He's very knowledgeable inspector and I won't hesitate to use him again."

"Chris was efficient, clearly knowledgeable, and a delight to work with. I've hired many home inspectors over the years and he would be my first call the next time I need an inspection."

"Mike's customer service was excellent. We called him several times and he was friendly and accommodating every time. He remembered our names as well as our conversations. He is on time, very thorough, patient, and a master of his craft. We contracted him for a general inspection and radon test. He was considerate and wore protective gear to support COVID procedures and our health. Mike also allowed us to accompany him and ask questions while he inspected the outside and inside of a home we wanted to purchase. Mike provided great preventative home maintenance education. His knowledge of codes and inspection experience saved us thousands of dollars in future headache and health problems. His general information booklet was a bonus tool that we can use to review common inspection terms, home maintenance estimates, and inspection expectations. Payment was easy and well worth the expense. The inspection was written and emailed to us the same day. We will definitely use his services again as we continue our search for a new home. Thank you Mike!"

"Inspected By was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and punctual. Iâ ve been through the home inspection process several times in the past and honestly, this is the first time it was anything more than checking a box. They took the time to explain things about the process and the condition of my home that were above and beyond. I fully plan to work with them for all of my inspection needs in the future."

"Very, very professional and dedicated to the quality of the inspection process in regards to safety, thoroughness, and respect for the premises being evaluated. Accomodations for my schedule and reschedule issues were superior and I recieved excellent inspection documentation. I highly reccomend!"

"I spoke to Walt about doing an estimate to remove mold that resulted from a leak in our garage roof. Although we were slightly outside of their service area, Walt was agreeable to coming out as I was having difficulty finding and/or receiving a response from other companies with the proper mold removal certifications. Walt was able to fit us into the schedule quickly and was friendly and professional during his visit to perform the air testing and gather the necessary information to provide an estimate for the mold remediation. He contacted us promptly both by email and phone with the estimate and was able to schedule the job, all within a few days.
Kurt supervised the job and went above and beyond the call of duty. Prior to his arrival, we had not yet been able to confirm the source of the leak in the roof. Our roof is quite complex, having many different angles and being steeply pitched above the garage. A roofing company had attempted to locate the leak, but had been unsuccessful as well. Although this was not part of the service, Kurt (an experienced roofer) spent considerable time trying to find the source of the leak himself using our garden hose. He was able to isolate the area and when we called the roofers back, they concentrated on that area and were finally able to repair the roof. It's been a little over 6 months since all the repairs were completed and we've had no further water damage or mold growth. I gave AHS a rating of "N/A" for pricing as I cannot compare their pricing to other companies, who had an opportunity to provide additional estimates, but never responded to inquires. We highly recommend American Home Services.

"They were recommended to me by a number of other realtors. They were very professional and got the job done without any problems. They also gave me all of the certification documents needed, including an inspection report from the fire department."
