"Michael is a true professional who is both knowledgeable and more than happy to explain anything to you. What I thought would be a quick inspection, wound up being a three hour education on everything there is to know about a house and recommendations as to do immediately, what can wait and even suggestions that do not involve items that were inspected. "I would highly recommend Nick at 3D Property Inspections to take care of any property inspections you may need. I'm in the process of buying a single family home in Long Valley, NJ & working on a tight schedule to get to closing on this house. Nick at 3D responded same-day to my request for a comprehensive inspection & got me on his schedule for a few days later. I bought my current NJ home 40+ years ago & that was a new build. The very lovely home I fell in love with in Long Valley is an older home & while it appears to be well maintained, I still wanted a thorough inspection. Enter Nick of 3D & his radon, mold & sewer guy, David. The inspection started right on time with explanations being offered throughout. Both Nick & David welcomed my questions & made sure any concerns I had were addressed before wrapping up the inspection. "Mike is very detailed, knowledgeable, and friendly! Even when on the phone, he explained the whole process, and he even explained why most home inspectors did not perform lead inspection tests. He arrived on site early and educated me on each aspect of the home, what he was looking for, and how it would affect me as a future home owner. I bought my own lead testing swabs and followed him throughout the inspection, he pointed out the places where I should test. His report was submitted the next day and was incredibly detailed. His pricing is comparable to other home inspectors but he is an amazing person to work with."
