He also made sure the inspection was completed within the time frame even though on his first visit he discovered a leaking pipe. He had to return to inspect the other part of the crawl space and ensure the repair had been made. He went out of his way to make sure every area was inspected and paid particular attention to the areas in which I expressed concern. Excellent customer service and a good experience. Feel confident the house being purchased is in good shape and I know the extent of repairs that will be needed. Trai was also willing to recommend people to work on some of the remodeling I want completed."
