"This was my first time to hire an ANGIE contractor. Joseph is the most highly qualified home inspector I have ever hired. He was punctual, professional, honest, and thorough. When we spoke over the phone, he asked several questions, answered all of my questions, and explained all the different inspections I should consider. The call lasted almost 40 minutes! When he arrived for the inspection, he told he would explain the inspection results in person after he was finished, and then send the actual inspection report later that day via email, which he did.
