"Marc was very professional and responded to my calls promptly. He took the time to visit my home to assess my needs and make good recommendations for me to feel safe in my home. Tory was the technician who was assigned to do the work at my home. He arrived on a Saturday afternoon and worked very hard until the rain came. He offered an even better suggestion, as one of the lights was about 30 feet in the air, and might be tough to pick up the motion. He offered to come back on his day off to finish the job. Tory came back on his day off, , worked very hard, did an excellent job and was extremely professional. The lights are great and work perfectly. I feel so much safer. He is an excellent electrician. He was very neat and cleaned up after himself. As if that wasn't enough he was so personable and nice! I will certainly use MI Electric again, but I will specifically request Tory.
