"We had a very good experience with Eric from Horning Home Inspections, LLC. He was very easy to schedule, offered a deal, and was very thorough in his inspection. We could not be happier with the inspection he did and the extra time he took to explain everything to us. We felt like he had a really good understanding of everything and shared it all with us. We asked a lot of questions and he gave us answers to everything. I would recommended Horning Home Inspections to anyone needing a home inspection!"

"If you are looking to purchase a home, you want get a thorough inspection before spend a good portion of your income. This was our fifth home purchase and the most detailed inspection we have experienced. We believe it was worth every dollar spent as we made this purchase without a real estate agent who sometimes team with an inspector to help make a sale. ALC Inspection is a very professional company who will work on your behalf to give you some insight of the not-so-obvious issues most home buyers tend to overlook. When you know these things going into the deal, you feel better about what you are buying whether a home is new or preowned. Thank you ALC Inspection."

"Access did a great job going through the home thoroughly. My only suggestion for them would be to inspect the water shutoff valves for corrosion. Obviously they cannot turn on/off the water at the valves because they might break, but they can look for damage to them. (I happened to have been planning to replace them all with quarter-turn shutoffs anyway, because I am crazy about home maintenance.) What I really liked is he had contingency plans to look where he otherwise was bared from looking at. For instance, due to ice on the roof he couldn't safely walk up there, but he had a 40 foot extension pole for his camera with a button to make it take a picture."

"I was very pleased with the service of Broadripple Electric. As a homeowner, I am comfortable with and have performed minor electrical work in the past so I appreciate good workmanship. I was impressed with their cleanliness of the job site and attention to detail in performing the work. I will certainly hire them again for any future needed work."

"The Inspector was professional, polite, objective, extremely thorough, honest and very informative. The resulting report delivered was detailed, complete, and accurate. Without hesitation we will use this inspector (Ralph Atwell - Home Inspection Services), again and we give him the highest recommendations to all our family, friends, associates and anyone in need of a top-quality home inspection. "Same day installation! I didn't need to suffer another night without hot water. Thank you!

The technicians are very professional. They arrive to my home punctually and performed the work with high standard of workmanship. They even clean all the dripping trace left on the floor when they hauled away my old leaking water heater.

I will definitely call them if I have other pluming work need to be done."
