"Steven is great! I chose this company because Steven is a licensed engineer as well as a licensed home inspector. His engineering background reassured me that I was getting expert advice. "We hired Arthur for the inspection on a two-family brick home in Queens, and I am glad we did. He showed up on time, walked the whole property methodically, and did not rush through anything. The report was detailed, professionally written with photos and clear explanations of what each issue actually meant, along with helpful guidance. He was upfront that a couple of things (moisture around one foundation wall, some wear on the boiler) warranted a specialist opinion, rather than trying to guess or downplay it. He also took the time to actually walk us through the findings afterward instead of just emailing the report and disappearing. As first-time buyers, that mattered a lot. He explained things in plain language and never made us feel rushed or like we could not ask further questions. Highly recommend if you want someone who is genuinely thorough and communicates clearly, not just someone checking boxes."

"Mr.Glenn Holder was so helpful and professional during his inspection. He went through every corner of my new home and educated me on what are few things I should do to maintain the home. He was very patient and as a new home owner i felt very comfortable with him abd would recommend him to every new home owner. He wrote all reports the same day and i was impressed how detailed it was. I highly recommend him!"

"My fiancé and I are preparing to become first time home owners! The process is scary... That immediately changed when we met Chris. He was (extremely) patient, thorough and knowledgeable; throughout the entire process. He was kind and professional and took his time to look into all the finer details we were not prepared to inspect. We truly felt safer going into this process with his help. His report was received the next day and was extremely detailed; with photo references, notes and advice. We would not think twice before hiring him and A-pro again."

"Ben was responsive, thorough and professional. He is definitely a straight shooter and very easy to talk. I would definitely recommend him and use him again for another home inspection."
