"Sam was excellent! For first time homebuyers, the inspection can be scary. Sam walked us through every inch of the house, explaining every detail to us as we went. Any issues that could arise in time, issues that should be addressed and issues we could handle on our own were all part of the house tour. This was very helpful in taking our next steps in the buying process. We highly recommend him for any home inspection!"

"New construction inspection. We had a package where the home was inspected at various stages. They kept us informed and documented everything. They helped catch several issues along the way."

"Had them come and do a pre purchase home inspection on a home built in 1900. Lots of intricacies when looking at a home of this age that has been updated a time or two. Richard knew what to look for and was quite knowledgeable about older construction, as well as the newer parts of the home. The report was well written and very specific about the irregularities that were uncovered. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again."

"Fast and easy. The inspector took photos and really broke down the issues of the home so myself, as a first time buyer understood my needs."

"Pam Lee is awesome!  She is easy to get a hold of, did a wonderful job inspecting our new home, and delivered detailed notes.  She's also quick to answer any follow up questions after the inspection is done.  My husband and I really enjoyed working with her and would definitely recommend her!"

"Aaron was an incredible hire. He performed a pre-drywall inspection for us and has so far been the best part of our home building process. He was prompt, thorough, kind, and professional. I appreciate his whole business model, from paying by card through his cell phone to a high detailed PDF report. I had my report back with full detail and photos by the end of the day. Thanks, Aaron!"

"If you are looking to purchase a home, you want get a thorough inspection before spend a good portion of your income. This was our fifth home purchase and the most detailed inspection we have experienced. We believe it was worth every dollar spent as we made this purchase without a real estate agent who sometimes team with an inspector to help make a sale. ALC Inspection is a very professional company who will work on your behalf to give you some insight of the not-so-obvious issues most home buyers tend to overlook. When you know these things going into the deal, you feel better about what you are buying whether a home is new or preowned. Thank you ALC Inspection."

"Access did a great job going through the home thoroughly. My only suggestion for them would be to inspect the water shutoff valves for corrosion. Obviously they cannot turn on/off the water at the valves because they might break, but they can look for damage to them. (I happened to have been planning to replace them all with quarter-turn shutoffs anyway, because I am crazy about home maintenance.) What I really liked is he had contingency plans to look where he otherwise was bared from looking at. For instance, due to ice on the roof he couldn't safely walk up there, but he had a 40 foot extension pole for his camera with a button to make it take a picture."

"I will never hire anyone else to inspect a property again, and will absolutely give referrals to anyone who needs a home inspection."
