"My wife and I reached out for NextDay Inspect's services to give us some peace of mind on the home we had just purchased. They scheduled an inspector who was able to make it out a couple of days after our initial inquiry. Hussnain arrived promptly at our appointment time and gave a brief overview of what his inspection process would consist of. My wife and I followed him around the house as he inspected various areas. He always stopped to let us know what he was looking for, if we had any questions, and what we, as homeowners, could do for general upkeep. I'd recommend NextDay's services especially if you're looking to have your home inspected in a relatively short time window without shelling out a ton of money."

"This was a general home inspection for a house that we're in the middle of purchasing. Aric was our inspector and he was on time, very thorough and explained the details of his findings. As a company, Next Day Inspect was very reasonable in cost compared to other local home inspection companies that I called before them. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reasonably priced, yet high quality home inspection."

"Mark was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough during the inspection. He took the time to explain how the heating and cooling systems operated, sump pump, well, etc. and took photos and documented everything. After the pre-drywall and final inspection, he presented a report detailing every area of concern and areas he felt the need to explain further. I was very impressed with his work and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a home inspector."

"Quick and affordable. Very professional and was everything I wanted from a home inspector."

"The inspection report was submitted in a timely manner and included pictures showing places that needed repairs. The inspection was especially beneficial to me since I had a water problem that I had tried to fix over a long period of time and needed an unbiased opinion to solve the problem. Homebiz Inspection team provided that opinion."

"Very thorough inspectors. I highly recommend to homebuyers and home sellers."

"Inspector was very detailed oriented. He explained everything. He inspected almost everything"

"We had a problem with a drain from a window well that would result in continuous flooding in our basement. We were finally able to fix the problem with the drain and hopefully prevent further flooding. So we contacted two businesses about mold remediation and removal of the damaged drywall and paneling. The first company, provided a good estimate but they were not as professional or reliable as we wanted. After searching online we were able to located American Home Services and then used Angie's List and saw they had great reviews. I immediately called them about receiving a free estimate and they offered to be out at my house the next day to give us an estimate. The President of the company was the person who came out to give us our estimate. He was able to explain everything that would need to be done a reasonable time frame (2 days). I received the completed estimate within 24 hours and scheduled the appointment shortly there after. American Home Services responded on time and placed plastic down in the hallway that leads to our basement to prevent any damage to our floors. My wife and I then waited as they worked for the day and after they completed the days work, they then showed us the basement and what they completed. Overnight they left a dehumidifier and other equipment to complete the work. The next day they came back and hand cleaned any spots that weren't completely cleaned within the first day's work. After they were done, I was then shown the basement and the work that was done. I then received a receipt for the services and a print out of all the work/chemicals that were used in the basement during the repair. American Home Services then provided us with a warranty to come back and fix any problems within the first year. Overall American Home Services is a great business that is willing to work with their clients and make sure that their needs and concerns are met.
