"This was a general home inspection for a house that we're in the middle of purchasing. Aric was our inspector and he was on time, very thorough and explained the details of his findings. As a company, Next Day Inspect was very reasonable in cost compared to other local home inspection companies that I called before them. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reasonably priced, yet high quality home inspection."

"Bart was our home inspector and we had a very nice experience. When walking the home it was like taking a class where we learned about the market, homes, and the importance of repairing. I think buying a home is always scary because itâ s a huge investment and although we can never be 100% sure that everything is perfect, Bart gives you an honest answer and the information needed to make an informed decision. If/ when I buy another home I will for sure call Bart! Thanks for providing us with such a detailed, on time, and amazing home inspection."

"Bill is hands down an amazing home inspector. We hired him this past weekend and he came early, answered all of our questions, took notes down, took pictures of things that needed repairs, did a roof inspection as well as termite inspection and did everything so thoroughly that he stayed well past 4 hours. He was so nice and very knowledgeable. He truly is passionate about his job and wants us to know every detail about our future home, which is so appreciative. Thanks for all of your help Bill!"

"Conducted Home Inspection and Radon testing for a purchase contract in California, MD. Experience and knowledge base of inspector was impressive and helped uncover a potential structure condition that if gone undiscovered could possible created a serious safety concern and cost thousands in contractor repairs. Would highly recommend 1st Choice Inspection Services for anyone needing a home inspection. At the time of hire, inspector didn't possess license for conducting pest inspections nor any IR capabilities to check for leaks within walks."

"It was great working with Josh, we had several challenges with scheduling and he was extremely accommodating. His inspection was extremely thorough and uncovered issues we never would have known about. I highly recommend him"

"BAS Inspections did an amazing job on our general home inspection. Darius was professional and knowledgeable and alerted us regarding a possible roof leak which he was spot on about! Greatly appreciate the job he did."

"I called this company after seeing their deal and high ratings on Angie's list. They were able to come out the next business day and take care of my dryer vent. The lady I spoke with at the office was incredibly nice and helpful. She answered all my questions and got me scheduled quickly. She called the day of my visit and asked if they could move my appointment up due to some schedule changes, which was fine. The tech was about 10 minutes early, but didn't give me a hard time for not being home just yet; my window was at 2pm and I got home at about 1:55pm. He had started inspecting the exterior of the dryer vent while waiting for me and let me know there were no birds nests or obvious obstructions. After taking a look inside, he got to work and about 30-40 minutes later, my dryer vent was clean and my dryer has been working great since. Once he finished cleaning, he showed me some pictures of the dryer vent and how bad it was. Having recently moved from CA, he also let me know that you do not pay tax for labor in the state of VA and that fall was the optimal time to get dryer vents cleaned because the chances of birds creating nests right after you get your vent cleaned out is pretty low."

"He had a great personality and was great with people and he was very thorough one out of rive stars I would give home a six!!!"

"I am extremely pleased with the services provided by Alhumd Home inspections. Ahmed was very thorough and explained the report highlighting the areas of greatest concern. I would highly recommend Them to anyone looking to purchase a home and is looking for peace of mind!"
