"George is old school, but that's what you want when having a new construction look at. He did our pre-wall inspection and will do our blue-tape inspection as well. He looks for all the cut corners some of these builders try to pull. He's the eyes in the back of my head. Corny yes, but then I'm just that kind of guy."

"Bill was excellent. Great Home Inspecter who has expert knowledge of all things that belong in a new construction home and how they ooperate. He found some things that were in need of repair or replacement that I had overlooked. Would definitely reccomend using his services for any home inspection - new or older homes - If I ever move again he will b called to do the inspection."

"I highly recommend Actual Property Inspections. The inspector arrived early and got right to work. He was thorough, professional, knowledgeable, and took his time without rushing the inspection. Communication was excellent from start to finish. Whenever I had questions, he responded quickly and provided clear explanations. I always felt informed throughout the process. I was also impressed with how quickly I received the inspection report. I was told it could take a day or two, but the report was delivered later that same night. Overall, the service exceeded my expectations, and I would confidently recommend him to anyone needing a home inspection."

"Excellent service. Learned many things during inspection that can be used on all properties. Inspector was very knowledgeable. This company is a "keeper"!"

"Chris was WONDERFUL! I just purchased a home and wanted to have a mold inspection done for peace of mind. Chris took time to explain the process and put my fears at ease with his vast knowledge. He reviewed the test results with me prior to closing which gave me the peace of mind I needed to confirm I was making a good purchase and great investment. I highly recommend Mid Atlantic Commercial Residential Real Estate Solutions. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS!!"

"I was pleased in every way with this company. Francis, the inspector, was great and very thorough. He spent close to two hours on a two bedroom condo. The report was emailed the same day and included pictures of everything. I highly recommend this company and Francis."

"Person who visited was very polite and noted that what I purchased was likely not something that would meet my expectations.  I wanted an energy audit, how my systems could be improved in home, lighting, heating, insulation and air conditioners.  What I got was a list of things they could work on and the price to do that work.  The work list in no way was considered an energy audit, rather it was a punch list of things I could do based on their visual inspection.  I did not have a comparison of work and benefit/savings calculation.  There was no checklist of inefficiencies and how that translated into energy losses. For example, multiple hi hat lights in house, they spoke about boxing and insulating a few, less than 10, when I have almost 90 in house.  Overall I was disappointed, the tech who came said the offering needed to be better presented prior to start of work."

"Mark was fantastic. We contacted him at Noon on Saturday and set up an appointment to go over everything that evening at 7 pm. We were able to discuss our credit and how much we want to spend on a mortgage with him and he was very honest with us in terms of what he could provide us with versus a conventional loan offered by a bank we previously went to. He advised us about what was in our best interest which may be to go with a conventional loan. My husband and I truly appreciated his honesty and interest in our home buying process. Should we need any further assistance in the future I would definitely contact Mark. I highly recommend speaking with him.

"Choice Home Warranty and Open and Flowing are great. It was easy to schedule my appointment and quick. Open and Flowing were professional, knowledgeable, and did a fantastic job. I would recommend both, Choice Home Warranty and Open and Flowing. I just had to pay the service fee for the home warranty."
