"The inspector showed up on time and was very thorough. He explained everything so I could understand"

"It was an okay job. He did a job for the windows, he missed my washer and refrigerator check. When I moved in I found some issues, so he missed those 2 at the least. For the windows, he did a very good job of checking all the windows for me. He didn’t do a perfect job on that one. There were other few points my husband asked him to check, I don’t remember exactly. Another house a couple years ago they missed the windows, but this person checked all the windows very thoroughly, so it was pretty good. What he did not do was the pipes for the refrigerator and the washer. Another good job he has done was the fireplace he checked and he found issues. Which is also good he checked on the safety concern, which to me is very good. That is why I think he did a very good job on that too. I didn’t see him at all. I think the price was reasonable. With the house he checked and even with the items that he missed, I think we would probably recommend him to someone. I would like to get him back"

"Extremely happy with the service and price point! Anthony was quick to respond, quick to take on the inspection, and quick to get me back results! I would recommend ALC to anyone looking for a home inspection!!"

"The guys who worked on the house were professional and friendly. They worked with us and kept us involved throughout the entire process. We would recommend Broadripple Electric to anyone for any kind of electrical work!"

"Ralph Atwell was very thorough with my roof inspection. He found problems with the roof that the home builder did not even notice. He provided a complete report for which I received within a couple hours of his inspection. With his timely delivery of my inspection report and the detail he provided, I was able to forward the report to my builder and resolve the issues quickly. I would highly recommend his services and would hire Ralph again."

"Both men were pleasant and jobs requested were accomplished. I Would prefer that the 2 individuals who came to our home to provide these services not return in the future. Both men appeared rather unkempt, even dirty. We were their first job of the day, so being dirty due to an earlier job that day was not an excuse. One of them had such a severe chest cough that he probably should have stayed home. I was always concerned about the germs or respiratory infections he might well have released into the atmosphere of our home. General rule: If you are sick, get into a hot bath and STAY HOME!"

"This particular plumber has been in my home twice, and both time have done an excellent job."
