"If you are looking to purchase a home, you want get a thorough inspection before spend a good portion of your income. This was our fifth home purchase and the most detailed inspection we have experienced. We believe it was worth every dollar spent as we made this purchase without a real estate agent who sometimes team with an inspector to help make a sale. ALC Inspection is a very professional company who will work on your behalf to give you some insight of the not-so-obvious issues most home buyers tend to overlook. When you know these things going into the deal, you feel better about what you are buying whether a home is new or preowned. Thank you ALC Inspection."

We pride our company on reliability, great communication, integrity, and quality work. We are experts in our trade and will do our best to keep you as educated as we can on your particular task or project. We look forward to earning your business! We have been in business 1992 and have a school for Home inspectors. Before being a Home Inspector I built, remodeled, did fire restoration, historical restoration and new construction for over 20 years. I also teach Home inspectors for their Continuing Education since 2004. I have written a book called "Preventive Home Maintenance Manual". It was design to help homeowners learn how to do preventive maintenance and to recognize defects. Our attitude is that "Integrity" is the most important thing to give to our clients and of course education. \nFOR PRICES CHECK OUT OUR WEB SITE: mastersinspectioninstitute.com\n\n

"The technician did an excellent job. It did take a while to get the repair finished, but that was due to Bertazzoni delivering the parts. I have had multiple problems with this particular appliance. My range now works better than it did when new, but I have a feeling that even if I have continuing problems with it, American Home Shield will just repair rather than replace due to the cost of the range. By the way, I'm not exactly sure of the date of the repair."

"Brandt actually inspected a more commercial type property and was able to do so on time and efficiently. He was at all times very good with his communication and made sure of what was wanted from the inspection before beginning. He arrived on time, performed the work timely and provided a complete report also on a very timely manner. He was a professional throughout."

"The installation crew arrived to my home as scheduled, on time. They were courteous and caring not to track dirt into the house, and not to let my cats get out of the house. When they completed their work, they meticulously cleaned up and I could not tell that they had even been there! Immediately, I could feel that the house was warmer, and not subject to the cold and winds that had been penetrating it. The next night there was tremendous wind storm all night, but I did not even notice that it was going on until the next morning when I saw all the branches and debris strewn around the lawn! I also noticed that I was insulated from the sound of the traffic in the street. I feel cocooned and protected inside the house. I began to realize that I will be warm all winter, and no matter how cold it might get, I will be as 'snug as a bug-in-a-rug'! The decision to insulate with this special foam, using the professional service of USA Insulation was probably one of the best investments that I have ever made. It will pay or itself quickly with the savings from my greatly reduced energy bills.
UPDATE February 12, 2014: I am writing this as a follow up on my original post to Angie’s List about USA Insulation. At the first sales presentation, a co-partner to the USA Insulation franchise at 2101 W. US 40 Greenfield Indiana, a Mr. Bob Hollen came to my house. He got out of his car holding a wooly worm that was 100% black. In local folk lore, the wooly worm is erroneously associated with predicting the weather. Usually they are part brown and part black. The more brown the lore goes, the milder the winter, and the more black, the more severe the winter. I had never seen an all black wooly worm before and the ones I had seen throughout the Fall of 2013 were more brown than black. I suspected the salesman used a magic marker on the bug and made it all black! It was 2:00 in the afternoon and I was just about to have my lunch and asked Bob if he would join me for lunch before the sales presentation. Over lunch he asked me what I did for a living, and I told him that I teach guitar and have done so for the past 47 years. After lunch he measured my house and told me that it would cost $5,700.00 to do the job and that I would need to put $2,500.00 down and pay the balance off at $250.00 monthly. He then added that he wanted me to teach guitar to his son and him at their house in Columbus Indiana twice a month at $100.00 per visit. I was excited that I would be able to work off most of the balance owed on the job, but Bob never started taking the lessons! He just said that to make me think that it would be easier for me to pay off the balance! Bob Hollen is planning to start a new USA Insulation franchise in Shelbyville Indiana. I am writing this to warn the people there that this is one sleazy salesman who will say anything to make the sale, and to beware of anything that he says! A MAN'S WORD IS HIS BOND...IF HE HAS NOT THAT...HE HAS NOTHING."
