"Bill was excellent. Great Home Inspecter who has expert knowledge of all things that belong in a new construction home and how they ooperate. He found some things that were in need of repair or replacement that I had overlooked. "I highly recommend Actual Property Inspections. The inspector arrived early and got right to work. He was thorough, professional, knowledgeable, and took his time without rushing the inspection. Communication was excellent from start to finish. Whenever I had questions, he responded quickly and provided clear explanations. I always felt informed throughout the process. I was also impressed with how quickly I received the inspection report. I was told it could take a day or two, but the report was delivered later that same night. Overall, the service exceeded my expectations, and I would confidently recommend him to anyone needing a home inspection."

"Inspector responded promptly to my service request. Came on time and was very descriptive while addressing our concerns. He even provided some information on seperate home items that were not part of the service we requested. Also, very respectful of our property. (He actually took his shoes off because we had new carpet.) WIll use again. Thank you!"

"We do not yet own the house he tested, and Mr Newcomb was very accommodating about working with our insurance agent and sending us the report without us having to be there or pre-pay. His report was thorough and professional. He gave us the report over the phone, then followed up with a written report. He was very helpful and friendly."

"After having some pretty bad rains in the Baltimore area and my tenants informing me that the basement was leaking i searched out a few different companies and found MJ Home Services they have incredible reviews everywhere. Melissa was great and so were the guys that did the work. They sent me pictures over throughout the entire process and everything was done through email which made it so much easier for me. So far so good there's no leaking and my tenants are extremely happy . I would definitely hire MJ Home Services again."

"Excellent new home warrenty insurnace"

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."

"Scheduled inspection for three days after I called! Even came out on a Sunday! found everything wrong with the house, even door knobs that were loose."
