"Jordan with Wholesome Homes did an incredibly thorough job on our home inspection for the older 1930s home we purchased in Greensburg. He is knowledgeable on older homes and custom features. Wholesome Homes was quickly accessible to schedule the inspection and dependable. He not only wrote up a comprehensive report, he also made it a priority to go over the report with us to make sure we were aware of any important issues. I would highly recommend Jordan for home inspections."

"If I could give more then 5 stars I would . After hiring halo before buying a older home I am shocked at the amount of repairs found and how much time and detail was in the report . We ended up doing a mutual release because of all the things not disclosed in the listing . The report was so good they sellers asked if they could use it for future buyers . After they make repairs of course . Thank you halo for saving us from a big headache ."

"Steve is definitely the most thorough and genuinely the most helpful home inspector you can possibly hire. The guy will walk you around the house the entire time and explain every little thing in detail that is wrong with the home and talk you through exactly how to fix the issue. He is also one of the only inspectors I could find that has a tool to look inside your sewage lines. Hire Steve not because he is cheaper than most guys, hire Steve because he WILL save you money."

"Pam Lee is awesome!  She is easy to get a hold of, did a wonderful job inspecting our new home, and delivered detailed notes.  She's also quick to answer any follow up questions after the inspection is done.  My husband and I really enjoyed working with her and would definitely recommend her!"

"The reasonable price is only a beginning. John and Matt were respectful, knowledgeable and very professional. They answered all questions, explained findings in detail, and didn't mind buyers scurrying underfoot. Talk about more bang for the buck! You won't find better home inspectors in the greater Indianapolis area."

"Denny was able to do my inspection at last minute and did a very thorough job. He explained everything to me and went above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend him and will use him in the future if I buy anymore homes."

"Bruce was great! Was a little late, but called ahead of the appointment time to let us know he was running behind. He inspected the waterline from in the kitchen and within the crawl space. He determined that running the waterline from under the sink would be a much better option for the newer model dishwasher that we purchased. He rerouted the waterline, installed the dishwasher, turned the water and electrical back on then ensured it was running properly! We are very pleased with his work and plan to use them again in the future for home maintenance needs."

"Every claim we have put in has been down to our satisfaction. Would highly recommend Choice Home Warranty. Our family is great supporters of home warranty programs and throughout the years they have helped us with our home issues."
