The temperature fluctuations between day and night that I experienced before have disappeared and the house remains pretty much at the same temperature all the time, without using heating/cooling during the months of May and June. Pretty amazing! And all of this work, with the help of Maryland programs (and HESS took care of all that paperwork!), cost me fraction of the money that original estimates asked for.
