"WT Anderson was great! We had new fascia and soffit replaced on our two story home as well as new gutters and downspouts. Each time, the workers were on-time and thoroughly cleaned up after installation. We also had Hurricane Matthew damage and like others, we had to replace a damaged portion of our roof (given an old oak tree had fallen on our home). The repair for the roof was perfect. I had given them a broken piece of shingle and they matched it so when you look at our roof, you cannot tell where the repair was done. My wife and I have been very pleased each time we have used this company. We are actually are going to consider them for replacement windows here within the next few months. I have to add that their staff is terrific. I have never dealt with a home repair company who provides great customer service by phone, email and in person. Our sales rep, Jonathan, is hands down, an asset to this company. His professionalism, knowledge and non-pressure demeanor is what sold us in the very beginning. "The crew arrived at 8:30am. They put tarps over my foundation flowerbeds. by 9:00am, old roofing materials were being dropped onto the tarps. Some fo the workers bundled the shingles and hand-carried to the roof edge, refuse-trailer was parked. The old shingles were dropped into the refuse-trailer. By 10:30am, the tarps were rolled up and taken to the refuse-trailer in wheelbarrows so as not damage my front lawn's septic field. by 11:00am, workers were inspecting my yard for stray roofing, picking them up by hand. A large flatbed truck arrived by 11:35am, loaded with my new roofing materials. After the materials were off-loaded, the workers set up ladders, and hand-carried everything to the roof. After that was completed, a small generator was set up for air nailers, and they began installation of my new roof. By 4:00pm, they began the final cleanup. Trash was picked up and put into the refuse-trailer. By 5:00pm, the work was done. A last-minute inspection got rid of some leftover trash. The man leaf-blowing debris, even cleaned out my gutter! And before they took down all of the ladders, they even put my disconnected downspout back together! At 5:09pm, the refuse-trailer was covered, re-connected to the truck that brought it, and driven away. The roofing crew left at 5:25pm, but not before I thanked them. I told them how much I appreciated their hard work, and appreciated them taking time to re-connect my gutter's downspout as they completed their inspection of my yard."
