"I had an estimate from a franchise company. Then Derek from Capstone came and inspected the attic but was not able get inside all the way. He returned 2 days later to cut pieceof wood that was blocking his entry. The other company was little cheaper but i decided to go with Capstone because he did a thorough inspection and I realized he knew what he was doing. He kept me informed about the date.
