"Got the job done very fast looks like the new roof is a good job I fond some nails exposed after I let them know about it two weeks ago nothing has been done about it they should have done a final inspection the gutters look good do I only need one downspout? Not only was he on time... he was early for the actual appoiintment.  He spent several hours doing what appears to be a very thorough inspection.  He answered our questions and pointed things out during the inspection.

By that evening he emailed his report with pictures.  The next day he hand delivered the full report with additional information to our residence.

At no time were we pressured to pay in advance or pay for extras.
