From the beginning inspection/estimate by Dan Espinoza to the crew leader, Sean, there was clear communication. My home was treated with respect taping down protective paper/drop cloths to protect the floors. No corners were cut to do the job right. "Koala helped me to understand the science of my attic insulation and airflow, and they were very professional and friendly from the owner to the installation crew. If I noticed a problem they were quick to address it, and they thoroughly cleaned up after the job was finished. Air sealing an attic is widely recognized as beneficial to the home so I am glad they offered that. The need for active vs passive ventilation is controversial enough that I did not add the solar attic fan. I think testing the inflow of air at the eaves by smoke pen or some other method and demonstrating the results should be standard practice, and they did that for me when asked."

"Remmy contacted me quickly and came out the next day to check out my roof. Over the phone I told him I had a newborn so he was nice and called when he was outside instead of ringing the doorbell in case my son was sleeping. For the inspection he showed me pictures of what was wrong and what they would do to fix it. Remmy and his crew came out and fixed the problem quickly as well as making sure there was no other problems. They will always be my first to come to if I have roofing problems."
