"Hello - we had our 2nd project with Triton done, installing a new roof. In the process of having the siding/gutters installed, Dave inspected the roof and given the age and condition, suggested a new roof. He sent a reasonable quote and within the same week, materials arrived and it was installed! He worked hard to get it done that timely before the gutters were installed. The team of 6 installers did an amazing job and cleaned up everything after the installation - didn't even know they'd been there! "Scheduled site visit 2 days after initial contact. Roof estimate was provided 2 days after initial visit. Three days after signing the roofing contract the roof repair was started. The roof replacement took their crew 2 days to complete. The gutters and downspouts were installed about a week later due to some weather delays. Both the roofing crew and the gutter crew left my yard amazingly clean of any construction debris or fasteners.
My existing roof was only 18 months old at the time of replacement, but required 100% replacement due to extensive hail damage. A & W Restoration contacted my insurance company with their findings and got my entire roof replaced under my homeowner's insurance policy. I only had to pay the deductible. I am an architect so I am very particular about any construction that is done on my house. I am usually a contractors worst nightmare as I regularly inspect commercial construction projects myself as a part of my regular job.

"I signed the paperwork and sent the down payment Saturday. By the following Tuesday they were there at 7:00 AM. They completed the job by noon the next day. They did an outstanding job as far as I can tell. I plan on getting the roof inspected by my insurance guy to get a second eye to take a look. But I really liked them and Craig the owner is a standup guy."

"Obtained their card at a home show; we needed a new roof. Tree in our yard fell on our deck and roof; called Melvin Mills for estimate. One of owners came to our house, worked with us and insurance adjuster to satisfaction of all. wonderfully kind people, workers extremely polite and considerate. We recommend them if you want excellent service from a top quality professional company. *That is an only an estimate of the cost which included repairs and part of the new roof and guttering which the insurance payout covered."
