"We had a water leak coming in our roof to our bedroom. Diamond Roofing came out as soon as they had an opening and patched up our leak, looked at the entire roof to be sure they didn't see anything more that needed to be fixed. Our roof is over 20 years old and needing to be replaced and we will be using Diamond Roofing again this year. "During a roof inspection, it was discovered that all 22 attic vents of my roof were failing due to poor mfg quality and the effects of UV. Not a good time to have 22 holes in a Northwest roof. I contacted Rubicon Roofing and within 10 minutes received a return call. Dennis (owner) came promptly, surveyed the work, and I accepted his offer to do the repair. Within 2 days, my repairs were complete. It was a remarkable case of customer service that is very hard to find, these days. Excellent work in a professional manor, also very hard to find. My wife and I are very pleased with our first time use of Home Advisor, and highly recommend Rubicon Roofing."
