Caleb inspected out roof inside and out and found cracked Boards (not surprising for a 122 year old house) and explained what HG would do for repairs bad new shingles in a way that was easy tomunndersstandvsnccgavevus a quote well under what I expected to pay. It was hard not to pass the deal Up so we went with the quote. Thinking it would be weeks before they started the job I was surprised when Devan the project manager called and said a crew would be out the next day. Sure enough they were and within 10â hours everything was completed. Watching the workers go at it, they did and installed everything Caleb and Devan said would happen. Quick and efficient is how Iâ d describe the workmanship. The roof looks great and I am extremely pleased with the results. "Initially hired Tim's firm to replace deck flooring, rails and stairs. His crew did a good job and we were satisfied. Tim & Amy inspected the work and found some issues that he wasn't satisfied with. He fixed the issues to his satisfaction, which exceeded our expectations, and did so voluntarily at no extra cost. Se were so pleased with Tim's professionalism that we had him do more projects. One crew came to repair drywall and prep several areas for painting. Another crew did the painting of 2 bedrooms, laundry room, basement ceiling, front door and garage. We were having flooring installed by another company at the same time. They found water and termite damage near our front door, and couldn't complete the flooring until it was repaired. I called Tim in a panic and explained the problem. He and Amy came the same day and worked until 9:30 pm to repair the problem so the installers could complete their work on schedule. Tim & Amy also did repairs to a crawl space. Tim & his crews are professional, thorough and efficient. Tim follows up and inspects every project to assure that we are completely satisfied. We have more projects scheduled based on the excellent work done so far. If I could award more than 5 stars, I would."

"Curant Construction did an excellent job replacing our roof. The owners were very professional, competent, and their customer service was outstanding. After our insurance company said there was not enough damage to replace both our house and large detached garage, they took complete ownership by calling the adjuster to walk the roof with him to ensure a detailed inspection was completed in which resulted in replacing both roofs. They handled the insurance replacement process and even went back to our insurance company to have our Gutter Shutter hoods removed so they would not be damaged. On installation day they arrived bright and early with their crew and completed both roofs in 8 hours to beat the rain. Our new roof is beautiful and expertly installed. Their follow up, attention to detail, and knowledge base is exceptional. We would highly recommend Curant Construction to anyone needing a complete roof replacement or repair.
