"I had an estimate from a franchise company. Then Derek from Capstone came and inspected the attic but was not able get inside all the way. He returned 2 days later to cut pieceof wood that was blocking his entry. The other company was little cheaper but i decided to go with Capstone because he did a thorough inspection and I realized he knew what he was doing. He kept me informed about the date. Two guys showed up on time and knew exactly what they had to do. Nate and Josue got zo work. They were ery helpful and cooperative. They vacumed all the all onsulation. "Eric and Steven changed my entire opinion of the roofing industry. I always thought it was another business that could get you to commit to unnecessary repairs by instilling fear in you. But not these gentlemen. They knocked on my door and pointed out some issues that I was unaware of that could become a problematic sometime down the road. Being that I’m not a professional roofer, I got a second opinion from another company. Turns out my roof was very damaged.. much worse than I ever imagined. I received a quote from the same company that provided the report and it was to the tune of 30k in repairs. I immediately called Eric and Steven back and had them provide their own quote, which turned out to be 30% less. Repairs started that weekend and we completed the following Friday.
