"The gentleman who helped us, Ben, was super nice, friendly, and professional. He was prompt to respond and was willing to work with my schedule. He was up front answering any questions we might have had before the inspection, providing information, and walked us through the process as first time buyers. The inspection was thorough and noninvasive. He took pictures of every single thing and in the report listed every fault he could find no matter how small. He also provided us with books to assist us in home care, maintenance, and what things in the home should be inspected regularly as well as when and how to do so. He complimented our home and made us feel comfortable and sure that we got a good inspection. Along with our inspection, we also have some level of aftercare and can contact with concerns or issues. All in all the best customer care we have ever received. These guys know their stuff and go above and beyond to do things right as well as take care of the customer. Ben is awesome and very knowledgeable. No doubt I would recommend them and use their services again."
