"I had an excellent experience with Brad as my home inspector. He was very quick to respond to the inquiry, was extremely friendly, and made the scheduling process very smooth. On the day of the inspection, Brad arrived early and was preparing his equipment for inspection. He communicated his findings throughout the inspection process and was very thorough. The final inspection report arrived within 36 hours and was very detailed containing all the findings he discussed with me during the inspection. Brad was a very trustworthy person and I recommend all homebuyers use his services."

"I would recommend Kevin alone based on his communication. He was just as available after the inspection as he was before coming out to inspect the home. He was detailed and patient during the inspection process and available to answer all of my questions. The report delivered after the inspection was thorough and Kevin was available to answer the few questions I had. Overall, a thorough and professional inspector as well as a genuine good guy."

"I highly recommend Actual Property Inspections. The inspector arrived early and got right to work. He was thorough, professional, knowledgeable, and took his time without rushing the inspection. Communication was excellent from start to finish. Whenever I had questions, he responded quickly and provided clear explanations. I always felt informed throughout the process. I was also impressed with how quickly I received the inspection report. I was told it could take a day or two, but the report was delivered later that same night. Overall, the service exceeded my expectations, and I would confidently recommend him to anyone needing a home inspection."

"Very professional and friendly. Didn't miss a trick. Spent a lot of time to ensure proper inspection."

"We hired Time Inspections to inspect our church building. We would recommend them to everyone. The details were so important to us. Robert really dug into the building as we hired him to. From roof to foundation no rock was left unturned, he even gave the building an inspection rating to help us visualize the final report on our level. Thank you for going the extra mile for our church. May God bless you, keep you safe, and always on Time."

"He was able to get there a day early, got the job done to my satisfaction, cleaned up the worksite, and left some spouts for me to use elsewhere. Very happy with job; will hire again, maybe on same property!"

"A lot of companies turned my project down because it was too complicated. Eli came out and gave me a very good price and told me the job would be completed in one day, and he and his crew did just that. Even though my roof had many valleys and tough corners he came out and did an amazing job on my roof and overall uplifted the appearance of my home. I will be using them again in the future on other properties and will recommend them for anyone who is looking for a reliable roofer!"

"Excellent. They came out right away and quoted their price."
