"Great. The Office Staff was very patient in answering all my questions. She explained what my options were, the cost and what each item in the inspection included. I had a question, of course, after I received the report. I was called back not only by the office but, right away by the person that did the inpection. "This year I decided to change my homeowner's insurance to another company. The new company I chose required a 4-point home inspection before finalizing the policy. Dennis Cwalina performed the required inspection and sent a report with detailed pictures to the insurance company. Dennis performed a very thorough inspection of my home, both inside and outside and an equally detailed report of his findings. He arrived exactly at the agreed upon time, explained what he was looking at (and for) during each step of the process, and sent the detailed report to both myself and the insurance company before leaving my home. "Greg was very responsive even though I caught him driving to an appointment. He referred me to his wife, who runs his office. I was able to get a timely appointment. I chose him because he did inspections o manufactured homes in Volusia County and he listed his state License and InterNiCHI. I wanted a full inspection for my own satisfaction besides the 4-Point Inspection for insurance. He offered a combination price which provided me with my inspection report and he filled out the 4-Point Inspection Form for insurance. Greg was very professional and thorough. It was a pleasure dealing with him. I have family members who are real estate appraisers and I'm familiar with inspections. "Excellent! We found G&G on Angie's List several years ag Theo and they correctly repaired two broken roof tiles. Now, there appeared to be cracks in the mortar holding various other tiles together, possibly resulting in water leaking through the roof. G&G arrived on short notice during the New Year period, inspected the entire roof and reported no damage or threat of leakage. The technician explained his findings and determined there's no problem at all. Big relief for us!"

"Worthmann Roofing installed a new metal roof on our home. There was a part that needed additional work but unfortunately, it rained before it could be completed and some damage was done. Worthmann Roofing FULLY STOOD behind their warranty and repaired the affected. Additionally, I would like to mention that the restoration company, Morales Restoration, was SO good.
