I had a new GAF roof installed with all new GAF materials. I also had new Certainteed Monogrammed Vinyl siding and all the trim soffit and Capping replaced or installed. Also needed to replace a good portion of my plywood on the sides of my home due to years of deterioration. My home is a 1950 Cape Cod style. The roof was 20 yrs old as well as the siding.
