"I did not realize I was dealing with a service in the beginning and was very suspicious about the idea until I heard a most pleasant, welcoming voice on my initial call. The salesman.delivered his information in a concise, but detailed, manner; the office manager quickly scheduled our appointment knowing of our severe drainage problems and the project manager who inspected the project twice to assure the installers completed a perfect job, which they certainly did. I can't remember a more delightful experience than with this knowledgeable, professional company with their totally dedicated and responsible employees. 10 Stars!"

"When I googled roofing services, Blue Frog Roofing pooped up on Home advisor. I called , left a message, with in 30 mins my call was returned. Jeff Morris stopped by my home with in the hour , got up on my roof and helped me to solve my issues immediately. He was very professional and conscious of my needs and my budget. "This is the 2nd time in a year I've replaced my shingle roof due to hail damage. Advanced did a great job on both occasions and were in and done in one day(tearoff and reroof). Bill Davis, the company rep, actually called me the day after the May 2017 storm to see if I needed emergency repairs. He worked closely with the insurance adjuster on both occasions and was present when the inspection was done to make sure all damage was noted. On the prior replacement there were some communication problems with the scheduler but these were addressed and corrected. No problems with schedules this time. Great company to work with."

"Callum took great care to explain the entire process from start to finish, he's easy to work with and just a good guy! We went camping for the weekend and bam! Came home to a new roof, a day later our gutters were installed. I changed my mind about 10 times on the gutter color and they still came through, great work guys!!"

"The last thing I wanted to hear as a new home owner was that my roof was actively leaking and needed attention right away. Tyler and Troy did a fantastic job of not only telling me what the problems were, but showing me what they found. I consider myself pretty handy, but admittedly know next to nothing about roofing. They took the time to help educate along the way, which I really appreciated! I felt confident and comfortable with the investment after our meeting. They were able to help me find the financing that fit my project, and my budget. They have continued to stay in touch through each step as we we near construction day. I will update my review after the project is completed, but if the project itself reflects the experience I have had thus far there is no doubt I will still report a 5 star review.
