I first met Mark Capps in June as I was still battling with the insurance co. for funds...Mark explained everything to me in detail, answered all of my questions, trust me, there were lots. He treated me like I was a family member rather than a client. I am a single mom of three and immediately felt comfortable with Capps Roofing, even though I was getting estimates from other companies. "After the hail storm recently I needed to have my roof inspected by 3 companies my insurance company said. The first two companies claimed that my roof was completely destroyed. As I was calling to schedule the third estimate I noticed a G&G roofing truck next door at my neighbors house so I decided to walk over and speak to them. I met Jimmy Ollie who immediately let me know that he was not a salesman but would gladly give me an honest assessment of my roof. He then told me that my roof had not received any damage from the storm. Two days later my adjuster arrived and word for word agreed with Jimmy Ollie. I appreciate the honesty and integrity of this company already and haven’t even gotten any roofing work done by them yet. My adjuster did tell me that the time to get a roof replacement is coming very soon.
