I was told I would get the report no later than the morning after, but he told me I would probably receive it that same evening. But by 6:00pm the next night I still hadn’t received the report. I had to call to check up on it a few times, and when it arrived the wrong listing agent information was included. Since time is of the essence within the inspection period, I felt a little stressed about not getting my inspection when it was promised.
