"Jason came out to provide an estimate for mold removal in my bathroom.  He advised that there was no mold issue and advised what was actually the underlying cause of the issue with my flooring.  What I needed to resolve my issue was out of scope of the services he provided yet recommended a company that could help me.  Jason further provided me with a detailed description of what all needed to be done and contingencies if all was not as simple as we hoped it to be.  He went above and beyond in this respect and I thank him greatly for his professionalism and genuine concern.  We discussed other services that I would like to have done to my home and he showed me pictures of completed work of clients who had similar work done.  Jason and his team are truly talented and skilled from what I could see.  He did not even charge me for the time spent that day even after my persistence!  I look forward to hiring Jason and his team in the near future.
