"I was not personally present for the inspection, but my wife can be very difficult to please and she was blown away by the level of care that David put into his inspection. Buying a house is always a little bit nerve racking especially when it comes to inspections and making sure the house is not going to fall down after I buy it and the confidence that my wife has in the validity of this inspection is certainly making me more comfortable. Though I was not present for the inspection the amount of detail that I see on the inspection report is amazing. Some inspector's are just trying to rush through the process so that can get on to the next inspection, but based on the experience my wife and I had, David is in no hurry to get to the next job. He would rather invest his time into creating incredible experiences for every client that he works with. I don't have enough good things to say about this company and I will definitely be recommending David to all of my friends and family who need a good inspector."
